The subject of the order is the development of project documentation for the task "Reconstruction and superstructure of the facility together with the demolition, land development and necessary technical infrastructure of the real estate located in Łódź at ul. Sienkiewicza 22 "and fulfillment of author's supervision.

3.1. The subject of the order is the development of project documentation for the task "Reconstruction and superstructure of the facility together with the demolition, land development and necessary technical infrastructure of the real estate located in Łódź at ul. Sienkiewicza 22 "and fulfillment of author's supervision. The scope of documentation includes:

3.1.1. The investment area is built up with cubature objects located on plot No. 161/2, at ul. Sienkiewicza 22 in Łódź, developed along the western, northern and southern border in the shape of the letter U. The plot has an irregular shape. The entrance to the plot takes place from Sienkiewicza Street through the gate clearance of the front building. The area of the property is partly paved (pavement, ground). In the interior of the plot, at its south-eastern border, there are unsupported outbuildings (cells and garages) erected in 1970-1975. The plot on the eastern side is fenced, but the course of the fence does not coincide with the plot's boundary (the eastern end of the plot outside the fence).

3.1.2. The idea of the project is to adapt the building to the service and office functions and the location of the community center. Revitalization of the tenement house and its adaptation to the above the functions are aimed at providing premises and access to a preferentially priced office and service space. The operator of the day-room will be selected through a competition for non-governmental organizations to run the facility.

3.1.3. The property is a fragment of the area constituting a monument protected by:

3.1.3.1. entry into the register of monuments of the historic urban layout and cultural landscape of the settlement "Osada Prządków" (1827),

3.1.3.2. arrangements regarding the conservation conservation zone of the historical shape of the city center developed in mpzp,

3.1.3.3. determination of category II protection in mpzp (designation in the plan with the symbol P1) for the front building with the outbuildings at ul. Sienkiewicza 22.

3.1.4. The investment intention is to renovate, rebuild and superstructure the property at ul. Sienkiewicza 22 in Łódź is implemented as part of the project "Area Revitalization of the Center of Łódź - Project 2", which was placed on the list of strategic investment projects of the City of Lodz constituting Annex No. 1 to the Order No. 6045 / VII / 17 of the Mayor of Łódź dated 22.5.2017. on the preparation of strategic investment projects of the City of Lodz applying for co-financing from the European Union funds and Investment complementary projects of the City of Lodz not applying for co-financing from the European Union funds, in the 2014-2020 programming period.

3.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in the Description of the subject of the order (OPZ) constituting Annex 1 to the ToR and the Functional and Use Program (PFU) and its annexes constituting an annex to the OPZ.

3.3. The Awarding Entity does not provide for submitting partial offers.

4. Time limit for the performance of the contract

- 9 months from the date of conclusion of the Agreement for: submitting to the Contracting Authority project documentation necessary for notification of construction works and making such notification, construction project (s) along with the final decision on building permit (if required), application (s) to competent authorities public administration regarding the request for authorization to grant a derogation together with the necessary documentation in this respect, and to submit the draft (s).

- 48 months from the date of conclusion of the Agreement for: supervising the design documentation during the performance of works.

The ordering party, in accordance with art. 147 of the Public Procurement Law, requests from the Contractor security on due performance of the contract in the amount of 5% of the total price specified in the offer of the contract.
