This consultation concerns the design and installation of heritage and tourist signage furniture in seven sectors of Marseille. This is an open call for tenders made in application of the provisions of articles R. 2124-1 et seq. Of the public procurement code. This is a relaunch following a declaration without follow-up pursuant to article R. 2185-1 of the public order code.
The market will take place in three phases. The contract holder will therefore have the following missions:
A) analysis phase:
1) historical and tourist analysis: analysis of sectors and routes in order to respond to heritage and urban issues;
2) preliminary studies: sketch of the planned tourist routes and the installation of signage furniture;
3) design of the overall graphic charter for the signage of the city center, including the creation of a logo for the tourist routes;
B) design phase:
1) Preliminary project (AVP): production of the tourist itinerary plan and the furniture layout plan; design of signage furniture, according to the graphic charter;
2) Project (Pro): technical description of the furniture and the arguments for the final decision, models; files of prior declarations;
3) business consultation: assembly of the business consultation file and analysis of offers;
4) list of recommendations for the installation of signage furniture;
C) implementation monitoring phase. The purpose of this phase is to control the manufacture of the furniture, the removal of the existing signage (directional and heritage) and the installation of the signage furniture:
1) monitoring of the manufacture of furniture;
2) monitoring of furniture layouts;
3) assistance with the reception of furniture operations: control of the removal and installation of new furniture.
The seven sectors of Marseille concerned by this contract:
- sector 1: Vieux-Port and Canebière,
- sector 2: Panier and Belsunce,
- sector 3: Saint-Victor, Arcenaulx and Noailles,
- sector 4: Chapter, Longchamp and the Plain,
- sector 5: Notre-Dame-de-la-Garde, boulevard de la Corderie et Catalans,
- sector 6: rue de Rome in Mazargues,
- sector 7: Corniche and Prado.
