The objective of the community is to acquire a solution combining the management of working time and the decentralized management of leave requests in order to meet in particular the 3 needs identified:

- need no. 1: Automate and secure the working time of agents in compliance with the

legal constraints in force

-need #2: Centralize all agent information in the solution

-Need #3: Optimize payroll

in particular, the solution will have to include virtual and physical badgers for all agents (administrative staff, animators, technical staff, etc.) and sites concerned (administrative buildings, schools, etc.).

the number of municipal sites is 90.

The city wants to prioritize in the first place the sites listed in the Cctp.

The technical requirements applicable to the services covered by the contracts are mentioned in the Cahier des Clauses Particulières (C.C.P).
