CLEANING SERVICES FOR THE PREMISES OF THE CEA TECH NOUVELLE AQUITAINE

The basic Services due under this contract include the following services:

- Cleaning of all the premises of the site,

- Window cleaning,

- Waste collection and disposal,

- Exterior cleaning,

- Pest control and disinsectization operations,

- Supply of dispensers and consumables

The contract also includes additional services on purchase orders:

- Interior cleaning of service vehicles,

- Exterior cleaning of service vehicles.

- Training and animation on a theme such as: "Waste sorting - 5 Flows",

- Mechanical stripping of tiled floors,

- Metallization of thermoplastic floors: removal of old wax layers by mechanized pickling and application of a pore filler layer and an emulsion layer,

- Stripping + Spray method on thermoplastic floors, including moving small furniture (seats, baskets, coat racks, etc.) before cleaning the floor and spraying and putting it back in place at the end of the intervention.

- Carpet Injections/Extractions,

- Stripping and waxing of Dalflexible rubber floor tiles in the showroom, respecting the maintenance guide for this type of floor and using the recommended products.

- Heavy maintenance of quartz concrete according to the methodology and products identified in the quartz concrete maintenance instructions,

- High-pressure cleaning.

- Cleaning of 10 chemistry gowns that can be soiled with chemicals (acids/bases).
