Insurance services for the municipality of Castelfiorentino. The total of lots is EUR 363,000.00.

The present tender procedure is therefore subject to the regulation of the above Community threshold.

It is considered useful to specify - in these premises:

- that an economic operator having the requisites required by the special tender law can participate in one, several lots, or all the lots (art. 51, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree 50/2016)

- there is no limit to the number of lots a competitor can win (Article 51, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 50/2016

- there is no provision for any association between functional lots (art. 51, paragraph 4 of Legislative Decree 50/2016) therefore, practically participating in the lot can be, from a practical point of view, considered as participation in a single race. The competitor who intends to participate in more lots - in fact (and from a documentation point of view to be presented) - is as if he were participating in so many different races.

Insurance services - Functional lot n. 1 - Civil liability towards third parties and service providers. Duration: Year 2019–2021.

The amount based on the tender is net of VAT and / or other taxes and statutory contributions, is calculated at EUR 276 000.00 (total bonus for the entire three-year period). There are no charges for interference risks.

Compliance with current Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, the agreed municipality quantified, the incidence of labor costs in percentage points n. 15%.

Competitors will be required to indicate a percentage discount (3 decimals after the comma) on the gross annual premium. The discount will also be applied to the premium years following the first.

Insurance Services - Functional Lot n. 2 - Damage to movable property and real estate (all risk). Duration: Year 2019–2021.

The amount based on the tender is net of VAT and / or other taxes and statutory contributions, is calculated at EUR 54 000.00 (total bonus for the entire three-year period). There are no charges for interference risks.

Compliance with current Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, the agreed municipality quantified, the incidence of labor costs in percentage points n. 15%.

Competitors will be required to indicate a percentage discount (3 decimals after the comma) on the gross annual premium. The rebate offered will also be applied to the premium years following the first.

Insurance services - Functional lot n. 3 - Personnel injuries and other subjects. Duration: 2019–2021.

The amount based on the tender is net of VAT and / or other taxes and statutory contributions, is calculated at EUR 9 000.00 (total bonus for the entire three-year period).

There are no charges for interference risks.

Compliance with current Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, the agreed municipality quantified, the incidence of labor costs in percentage points n. 15%.

Competitors will be required to indicate a percentage discount (3 decimals after the decimal point) on the gross annual premium of 3,000.00 EUR.

The lower discount will also be applied to the awards following the first year.

Insurance services - Functional lot n. 4 - Patrimonial responsibility deriving from institutional activity. Duration: 2019–2021.

The amount based on the tender is net of VAT and / or other taxes and statutory contributions, is calculated at EUR 24 000.00 (total bonus for the entire three-year period).

There are no charges for interference risks.
