The purpose of the procurement is to sign a framework agreement with one (1) supplier for a total commitment regarding industrial remediation, dry and wet suction work and staffing of the Client's waste overhead cranes at Gärstadverket. Work must be carried out in a safe, sustainable and efficient manner to contribute to the availability of facilities.
Extent
The procurement covers remediation-related services at Tekniska verken's facilities in Linköping and Mjölby. Work will take place in parallel at the Client's various facilities. The services covered by the procurement are as follows:

industrial Cleaning
Daily property maintenance (Applies only to Gärstadverket, Kraftvärmeverket in Linköping and Gärstad waste plant) regarding cleaning in and around the Client's production facilities during the operating season (daytime, estimated about 5-7 full-time positions on average)
Remediation at the audit period (May-September). The need is about 5-15 people, mainly daytime but also evening, nights and weekend work may occur. However, the need may amount to about 20-25 people if audits are carried out in parallel at different facilities.
Urgent and unplanned clean-up

Crane operation of Gärstadverket's waste overhead cranes in case of illness, absence, vacancies or to free up staff in case of increased staffing needs. It is estimated that this will be approximately one (1) full-time position on average.
Work can occur at all hours of the day
Ancillary services such as cleaning around the platform and documentation
Historical volume per year is approximately SEK 1,500,000
Estimated volume per year is approximately SEK 20,000,000. The ceiling volume during the entire framework agreement period, including any extensions, is SEK 210,000,000.
The procurement covers ongoing needs of the Orderer within the contract area. For individual projects, the Orderer reserves the right to perform separate procurement.
During the term of the contract, changes may occur based on group decisions, changes in activity and more that may affect the need and volume.
No division of contract
The requester places great importance on obtaining a continuous comprehensive solution with a (1) Provider taking responsibility for the entire commitment. Therefore, the requester chooses not to split the contract.
