Software services: registering, managing and distributing (basic and core) data

With this tender, DUO + wants to market the rights of use of certain software including various associated (continuous and one-off) services such as maintenance, hosting and implementation in accordance with the functional and technical specifications as laid down in the relevant program of requirements. DUO + hereby prefers to obtain the rights of use through its so-called software broker.
