In order to experimentally investigate the deformation behavior of different materials under multiaxial loads (compression or tension also superimposed with torsion) to absorb flow surfaces, the Chair of Protection Systems at Helmut Schmidt University/University of the Federal Armed Forces Hamburg is planning to acquire a tensile-compression torsion testing machine (biaxial dynamic test system: force and torque).

The subject of the contract is the supply, installation and commissioning of a tensile-compression torsion testing machine (biaxial dynamic test system: force and torque), as well as training services.
The Client may optionally request the following services from the Contractor:
- Option right 1: Upgrading of the tensile-compression torsion testing machine (clamping device with components for testing round specimens up to a diameter of at least 20 mm) on demand from the HSU;
- Option right 2: Maintenance services (12 months) on call from HSU.
Details can be found in the tender specifications provided in the tender documents.
