Description:
Care of low and high greenery in the city of Katowice.

1. The subject of this contract is the provision of services entitled: "Care of low and high greenery in the city of Katowice"

2. The subject of the contract shall consist of the performance of two tasks:

1) Task No. 1 – "Felling and maintenance of trees and shrubs in the city, also in road lanes."

2) Task No. 2 – "Planting"

3. The subject of the contract is specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ (OPZ) – "Care of low and high greenery

in the city of Katowice" (including felling and care of trees and shrubs, replacement plantings, also in the city's road lanes).

Annex 1 to SWZ (OPZ)

Task No. 1

1) Felling of trees with a trunk circumference of up to 100 cm with milling, grubbing or removal of the trunk;

2) Felling trees with a trunk circumference of up to 100 cm without milling with the export of the resulting biomass;

3) Felling trees with a trunk circumference of up to 100 cm without milling with leaving wood;

4) Felling of trees with a trunk circumference from 101 cm to 200 cm with milling, grubbing or removal of the trunk (if milling is not possible) and export of the resulting biomass;

5) Felling of trees with a trunk circumference from 101 cm to 200 cm without milling, with the export of the resulting biomass;

6) Felling trees with a trunk circumference from 101 cm to 200 cm without milling with leaving wood;

7) Felling of trees with a trunk circumference of more than 200 cm with milling, grubbing and trunk removal:

8) Felling of trees with a trunk circumference of more than 200 cm without milling with the export of the resulting biomass;

9) Felling trees with a trunk circumference of more than 200 cm without milling with leaving wood;

10) Carrying out works within the crowns of trees in accordance with the principles of horticultural art with the export of the resulting biomass (to the extent provided for in Article 87a paragraph 2 of the Act on nature protection);

11) Formation of plane trees growing in road lanes in accordance with the principles of gardening art:

12) Carrying out works within the crowns in order to maintain the road and pavement gauge along with the collection and export of the resulting biomass (counted for 1 piece of wood);

13) Carrying out works within the treetops in order to maintain the road and pavement gauge along with the collection and export of the resulting biomass (calculated per 1 running meter of the communication route);

14) Technical cuts consisting in exposing the luminous flux of street lighting lanterns along with the collection and export of the resulting biomass (counted from 1 piece of exposed lantern);

15) Technical cuts consisting in trimming branches rubbing against the façade, roof of the building or approaching the building or crossing the border of private property together with the collection and removal of the resulting biomass;

16) Technical cuts consisting in uncovering road signs in a way that ensures their visibility along with the collection and removal of the resulting biomass (counted from 1 piece of pole on which the uncovered signs are located);

17) Technical cuts consisting in exposing traffic lights, video detection cameras and VMS variable content tables in a way that ensures their visibility along with the collection and export of the resulting biomass (counted from 1 piece of the device);

18) Technical cuts consisting in trimming branches rubbing against overhead wires or approaching them with the collection and export of the resulting biomass (counted per 1 piece of wood);

19) Removal of individual threatening branches on trees along roads along with collection and export of the resulting biomass (counted from 1 piece of bough);

20) Cutting of bushes with grubbing up and export of the resulting biomass per 1 m2 of area;

21) Pruning of bushes with collection and export of the resulting biomass in m2 of cutting area;

22) Carp removal (grubbing-up) with export of the resulting biomass and costs of residue management;

23) Milling of trunks with export of the resulting biomass;

24) Replacement of land for plantings;

25) Cleaning up scrap and tipping together with milling or grubbing of the trunk and export of the resulting biomass;

26) Establishing a system of elastic bindings stabilizing the crown of a tree with certificates (counted for 1 piece of binding);

27) Installation of supports, lashings or suspensions reinforcing / stabilizing the tree depending on the need;

28) Preparation of an ornithological opinion;

29) Suspension of the nesting box in accordance with the guidelines contained in the decision of the RDOŚ together with the documentation

Task No. 2

1) Planting trees of natural and stem forms (including trees in varieties) with a trunk circumference of 12-14 cm measured at a height of 100 cm from the base of the trunk or by min. height 200 cm of the above-ground part (conifers);

2) Planting creepers, shrubs in natural form, for species and varieties strongly growing height / width 60-80 cm /, for slow-growing /20-30 cm/.
