3.3. Part 1 - collection and management of municipal waste from owners of real estate residing in the commune of Wojnicz.

3.3.1. The contractor is obliged to provide comprehensive service in the field of collection and management of municipal waste from the Wojnicz commune. The service also includes the supply of containers for mixed waste and, according to the collection of waste bags, collected separately for all recipients declared and indicated by the Employer as well as handling and collection of waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point.

3.4. Part 2 - collection of solid waste from municipal facilities and the municipal cemetery as well as cleaning of markets, streets and squares.

3.4.1. The services specified above do not include the export of debris, scrap metal, industrial waste, bulky facilities and waste hazardous to the life and health of the Contractor's employees.

3.3. Part 1 - collection and management of municipal waste from owners of real estate residing in the commune of Wojnicz.

3.3.1. The contractor is obliged to provide comprehensive service in the field of collection and management of municipal waste from the Wojnicz commune. The service also includes the supply of containers for mixed waste and, according to the collection of waste bags, collected separately for all recipients declared and indicated by the Employer as well as handling and collection of waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point.

3.3.2. The contractor will carry out throughout the entire period of the contract acceptance:

- collection of unsorted waste (mixed) every two weeks;

- collection of waste collected selectively in bags once a month;

- the collection of 'bio-waste constituting municipal waste' in bags will take place twice a month from April to November;

- waste collection at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point every Saturday from 8:00 to 12:00.

- the collection of used electric and electronic equipment and bulky waste will take place during the order period twice a year, in April - May and September October on the basis of mobile collection of the abovementioned waste from the property. The service will be performed between 7:00 and 18:00.

3.3.3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract within the scope of scope 1 is attached as Annex 1.1. to SIWZ - description of the object of the contract.

3.4. Part 2 - collection of solid waste from municipal facilities and the municipal cemetery as well as cleaning of markets, streets and squares.

3.4.1. The services specified above do not include the export of debris, scrap metal, industrial waste, bulky facilities and waste hazardous to the life and health of the Contractor's employees.

3.4.2. In the scope of services provided to the Employer, the Contractor shall ensure the placement of containers and / or containers in designated places enabling the collection and disposal of waste.

3.4.3. The collection of waste from the municipal cemetery and waste from the cleaning of markets, squares and streets will be carried out by the Contractor within 24 hours of the telephone notification of the Employer. On the other hand, the collection of waste from municipal facilities and segregated waste will take place in accordance with the waste collection schedule set in agreement with the Employer. Collection of waste from municipal facilities will take place once every two weeks, while waste sorted once a month.
