The tendered contract covers daily cleaning in Rudersdal Municipality for approx. half of Rudersdal Municipality's buildings. The assignments are offered in an overall agreement. Rudersdal Municipality, Technology and Environment, Real Estate handles the contract in Rudersdal Municipality.
The contract covers a total of 72 individual locations, including schools, after-school facilities, daycare centres, administration buildings, libraries, cultural centres, sports halls, special institutions, dental clinics, stairs and care centres, as well as accommodation and living facilities, spread over approximately 121,000 square metres. The Contracting Entity must point out that during the contract period there may be changes in the Client's building stock, just as administrative or political decisions etc. may affect the cleaning effort that the Supplier must perform at the set price.
The contract is put out to tender in reverse. This means that the contracting entity will not evaluate directly on the basis of the tenderers' pricing of the task, but that the contracting entity has instead described from the outset the economy that will be paid for the performance of the services offered, and therefore the competition consists in finding the tenderer who can offer the best service within this economic space.
The estimated value given in clause II.2.6 is based on the maximum contract period of 8 years and an expected annual payment of approximately DKK 24,396,000.
It is possible to inspect in the period 18 – 19 – 20 October 2023 in the period 08.00 – 12.00. A list of locations and contacts can be found in the Offer List. Tenderers' staff must wear a visible photo ID throughout the inspection.
No questions may be asked about the invitation to tender during the inspection.
The tenderer is responsible for having obtained the necessary insight into the building standard of the premises, etc. The tenderer may not subsequently invoke conditions in the building standard of the premises, etc., unless the situation has changed in the period from inspection to the conclusion of the contract.
Please note that the winner of the contract will NOT be eligible to participate in the upcoming tender for cleaning at other institutions in the municipality with an estimated annual value of DKK 22 million. This task was tendered and is currently carried out on the basis of an EU tender, and the task is expected to be re-tendered in 2025/26 starting 1 April 2026 as a 6-year agreement with the possibility of extension for up to 2 x 12 months. For reasons of security of supply, the contracting entity does not wish the present contract and the stated future task to be performed by the same supplier.
