Roskilde Technical School wants to build new teaching facilities.

The tender is conducted as a negotiated procedure in accordance with sections 61-66 of the Danish Public Procurement Act. The reason why the tender is conducted as a negotiated procedure is that Roskilde Technical School wants a discussion of which project and contractual issues are of significant importance to the tender.
