The subject of the contract are air services consisting in protection against forest fires in the forest districts of the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Lublin.

1. The subject of the contract is an air service consisting in protection against forest fires in the Forest Districts of the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Lublin in 2020, i.e. firefighting and reconnaissance flights in accordance with the principles set out in the Forest Fire Protection Manual.

2. The services that are the subject of these proceedings will be performed by one aircraft, ie a monoplane firefighting aircraft of = 100 hours. Services will be provided in the area covering the area of operation of the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Lublin, and in justified cases outside its area.

3. Required aircraft equipment: monoplane firefighting aircraft - maximum take-off mass 4 700-5 300 kg, extinguishing agent or preparation 1.500-2.200 kg, equipped with radiotelephony devices enabling radio communication in the 48.6–49.1 MHz band and GPS.

4. Date of commencement of services: between 1 April and 30 April 2020.

5. The contract implementation deadline will be: 5 months from the start of LBL

6. The aircraft will be stationed at LBL in Radawiec located at the Aeroklub Lubelskie airport in Radawiec, Radawiec Duży 272 A, 21-030 Motycz, POLAND.

7. The base is equipped with two containers for the pilot and mechanic to serve the rented plane and a water tank.
