The objective of this contract is to carry out a secondary analysis of the 6th EWCS data, on the topic of working conditions and employee engagement and development of worker’s knowledge and skills.

It aims to assess how work organisation practices support the development of a skilled and engaged workforce and explore whether workers in low skilled occupations are provided with equal possibilities to grow and develop their talent as workers in higher skilled occupations.
