                        Successive delivery of medicines for SPZOZ in Grodzisk Woielkopolski
The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of medicines for a period of 36 months for the Independent Public Health Care Center in Grodzisk in Grodzisk Wielkopolski under the conditions in the assortment and quantities specified in the further part of the SWZ and Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - divided into 35 parts.  The contracting authority contractually refers to the subject of the contract as "medicines", which includes, inter alia, medical devices, foodstuffs and medical products.
