By submitting the offer, the contractor for LOT 2 must provide proof of

Certification according to "ISO 9001". The body (lot 2) assumes liability for the chassis (lot 1) and the loading (lot 3) from the time of receipt until delivery to the customer. The builder is fully liable for any damage (improper handling, external influences, theft, etc.). Liability, fire and natural hazards must be insured by the builder.

The supplier must submit a binding weight balance for the vehicle, including all DIN (or EN) loading parts and additional loading/optional equipment, with the tender documents for the technical acceptance of the fire service.

The total mass of the vehicle including crew may not exceed 14,000 kg

Do not exceed! If it is not possible for technical reasons (e.g. weight, space) to load the load listed in lot 3, the customer reserves the right to shorten the scope of services accordingly. Loading must be carried out in such a way that the weight reserves can be subsequently introduced into empty spaces. The complete loading in all compartments, storage and equipment rooms including roof box must be labelled.
