3. The framework list of services consisting in maintenance and repair in the electrical field is set out in Annex 3 to the SWZ

4. The Contractor shall provide the services in question on the basis of individual orders specified in paragraph 10 of this chapter, each time up to the amount of: PLN 600.00 net.

5. The services that are the subject of these proceedings will be performed on the basis of written orders issued by the Ordering Party – Zakład Lokali i Budynków

Municipal in Olsztyn on the basis of registered applications in the "Register of notifications". In the event of emergency services, the order may be issued orally and confirmed in

the next working day in writing.

6. The Contractor is obliged to collect orders from the Contracting Authority every day (until 8:00 a.m.) in person (contact person indicated by the Contractor).

7. The term of provision of the services in question shall be determined each time by authorized employees of the parties, but it may not exceed 3 working days

from the date of issuing the order, however, if the scope of the construction maintenance services or the technology of execution require a longer period of implementation, this period may be longer and will be determined by the parties to the contract.

8. In the event of emergency services resulting from force majeure or other unforeseen events, the Contractor shall be obliged to immediately appear after their notification at the place indicated by the Contracting entity together with equipment and employees

at any time (regardless of the time of day or night, also on non-working days and holidays) in order to secure and remove the effects of the event no later than within 1 hour of receiving the notification. In case of no-show

The Contractor shall immediately, but no later than within 1 hour of receipt of the notification at the place of the failure, the Contracting Authority may commission emergency services to another Contractor. Settlement of substitute performance of emergency services will take place according to the prices contained in the contract

or in an order with a new Contractor. The value of these services will be deducted from the remuneration due to the Contractor for other services provided under this contract. The resulting damage shall be covered by the Contractor bound by this contract from its own resources.

9. The settlement of services provided shall be made each time on the basis of: written orders confirmed by the Ordering Party together with the acceptance protocol and the as-built cost estimate prepared by the Contractor based on the CNR, and in the absence of

relevant items in the NRF according to the individual calculation approved by the Ordering Party. The amount of remuneration for the performance of the subject of the contract during the period

the duration of the contract shall not exceed the amount that the Contracting Authority intends to spend on financing the contract. This amount will be read out at the opening of the tenders.

10. Envisaged supplementary orders The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Act.

11. Admissibility of variant bids The contracting authority does not allow for the possibility of submitting variant offers.

12. Contractors are required to carry out an on-site inspection in the areas of the service in order to assess the documents and information provided by the Contracting Authority as part of the procedure in question.
