Oslo Municipality, c/o the Agency for Education, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to a contest in two stages for the procurement of a test implementation tool for primary and secondary schools, sixth form colleges and adult education in Oslo schools.

The contracting authority is in need of a user-friendly test implementation tool that facilitates flexible test development and test administration, and that provides efficient and secure implementation of digital tests. It is also preferable that the results are displayed well. We would like to establish a flexible and future orientated service based on a modern technological platform that facilitates further digitalisation and sharing of data.

The contract duration will follow the contract's provisions, with an initial duration of 3 (three) years calculated from the delivery day. The contract will then be automatically renewed for 1 (one) year at a time.
