SEMMARIS, as part of its activities, is in charge of the implementation of the real estate programs of the Rungis International Market and more particularly the development, construction as well as the maintenance, renewal and operation of the site.

The surveyors' services covered by this framework agreement include:

- Point implantation in planimetry or altimetry;

- Exterior or interior topographic surveys of buildings;

- Network detection;

- Surveys of facades and sections of buildings;

- Calculations of floor areas or commercial surfaces according to a defined charter;

- The marking and picketing of the structures of a construction site;

- The auscultation of works;

- Detection and/or identification of networks inside and outside the Rungis international market enclosure;

- All punctual services on the International Market of Rungis and its surroundings.

Missions include:

- Implementation in planimetry or altimetry of particular points or axes at the request of the Contracting Authority;

- Network detection;

- Outdoor topographic survey integrating the survey of water line points in networks, the altimeter survey of ducts / high voltage lines / engineering structure, the survey of isolated points at the request of the client, the survey for regluing networks in open trench;

- Topographical survey of the interiors of premises integrating walls, posts, partitions, doors, openings, windows, stairs, hoppers and all significant details on the ground;

- Commercial type statement in accordance with the SEMMARIS specifications specifying the method of calculation of commercial surfaces;

- Establishment of commercial plans according to a graphic charter for integration into a database;

- General location of buildings before the work phase (axes, altimeter points or particular);

- Implementation of a marking-picket of the structures of a construction site;

- Establishment of façade plans to scale;

- Establishment of scaled cuts;

- Roof terrace survey;

- Auscultation of work;

- Detection and/or identification of networks inside and outside the Rungis international market enclosure;

- Digitization and/or modeling of 3D buildings;

- Added value for the management of a team of surveyors;

- Added value for urgent interventions.

The framework agreement is concluded without a guaranteed minimum in terms of amount and quantity but with a maximum amount set at € 80,000 excluding VAT per economic operator per year.
