The subject of the contract is to carry out continuously and continuously for the duration of the contract of the service consisting in “year-round maintenance of green spaces in Dzierżoniów”.
The scope of the contract includes:
1) maintaining order in contractual areas, i.e. systematic sweeping, waste collection, leaf raking and disposal of various kinds of contaminants.
2) mowing grasses - the frequency of mowing grasses is to be adjusted by the Contractor in such a way that the height of the grass does not exceed 20 cm (the quantity of baskets should be adjusted to maintain this height), excluding the land where the Contracting Authority specified the quantity of baskets (Annex 1 to the draft contract ). In agreement with the Ordering Party, mulching mulching is allowed.
3) raking and exporting within 48 hours of raked leaves and grasses.
4) manual weeding of flower beds, watering and weeding, fertilizing and loosening the earth around plants, removing bloomed flowers, inflorescences and withered parts of plants,
5) ongoing care of shrubs on flower beds by cutting out dry, broken infested by pathogens and intending parts of plants, removing branches lying on the ground and crossing, and weeding and loosening the earth around the plants, watering, pruning and forming them.
6) double (in June and September) trimming and forming of hedges,
7) disposal of scrap and subversion of trees and hanging branches within... hours of the declaration by the Ordering Party or City Guard or entities indication by the contracting authority,
8) current removal of fractured and hanging boughs and branches from trees and shrubs.
9) removal of root growths, subchairing tree crowns to a height of about 3.0 m above the ground.
10) weeding of transport strings (sidewalks, gravel tracks, stairs, driveways, etc.) together with removal of residues after weeding (The Contractor is obliged to comply with the obligations under the Act of 8 March 2013 on plant protection measures),
11) emptying trash cans... times a week.
12) keeping trash cans clean and, if necessary, transfer to the place indicated by the Ordering Party,
13) keeping small architecture objects clean (e.g. washing, removal of graffiti)
14) daily review of the sites covered by the contract and the ongoing reporting to the Ordering Party (by email and telephone) threats and damage to equipment, benches, baskets and other elements of small architecture and flowers, shrubs and trees.
15) Removal of threats or safeguarding places where a threat was found within... hours, by obscuring them and notifying the Ordering Party (mi.n. damaged objects of small architecture).
16) The scope of winter maintenance work includes the ongoing (mechanical or manual) maintenance of communication strings (sidewalks, steepleways, stairs, driveways), through:
(a) snow removal and removal of the occurring slipperiness using rough material (sand);
b) removal of used rough material,
(c) maintaining constant readiness for winter maintenance, through continuous weather forecast tracking, constant round-the-clock readiness of staff and specialist equipment to conduct winter action, and providing material for winter maintenance.
d) The Contractor shall hold or will have at the date of signing the contract a warehouse — transport base located within the city of Dzierżoniów or at a distance of not more than 15 km from the city limits.
Definition of concepts
1) The year-round maintenance of green spaces means a comprehensive and systematic performance of work aimed at ensuring adequate aesthetics of greenery in the city, in particular cleaning (manual and mechanical) and maintenance in proper (i.e. safe and aesthetic) state of green areas urban building along with elements of small architecture within parks, squares, housing estates, playgrounds, outdoor gyms and roadside areas.
