The City Hospital Frankenthal performs an energetic facade renovation of the hospital building. The existing windows of the building will be replaced by contemporary window elements in the integrated sunshade. In the course of the replacement of the windows, the patient rooms in the area of the exterior walls will receive new lockers. The precast concrete elements of the facade construction are being revised. The building is extended by an external escape staircase.

The execution takes place in 4 separate construction phases.

In an existing building for the replacement of the windows, integrate the blind controls (single room) into the existing building. In the window area lights are to be dismantled. During the construction period, building electricity and construction lighting must be provided.
