The contracting authority intends to conclude a framework agreement with one contractor for the supply of Multifunctionals. The term of the framework agreement is five (5) years. The framework agreement enters into force on 10 March 2023 and ends on 9 March 2027. By operation of law, the framework agreement ends in any case five (5) years after the effective date of the framework agreement.

The estimated value for the service for the framework agreement is € 400,000 excluding VAT. The mentioned value is indicative, no rights can be derived from it. For this reason, it will be concluded for a maximum value of 150% of the aforementioned amount, in order to prevent the estimated value from being exceeded before the expiry of the framework agreement.
