The competition concerns the purchase of 1 mobile harbour crane and container yoke with service agreement for Bergen and Omland Port Authorities quay facilities The crane will mainly replace the current container crane which is located at the Jektevik quay. The area of application will primarily be containers and heavy lifting of incoming goods which shall be forwarded to the rest of Norway and Scandinavia

Mobile harbour crane:

The tendered crane shall be mobile with rubber wheels and operated by diesel or hybrid motor. The crane shall have a lifting capacity of 100 tonne in heavy lift mode and be suitable for container unloading.

Container yoke:

The offered container yoke must be able to lift 20-30-40 and 45 foot containers in single lift, as well as 2 x 20 foot containers in double lift. The lifting capacity shall be 40 tonne.

Service contract:

The agreement comprises periodical controls and maintenance carried out in line with the manufacturer's recommended service intervals and maintenance instructions. The agreement also includes repairs and rectification of errors on the crane, such that there will be requirements for preparedness outside of normal working hours. Response time for rectification of mission critical errors is 2 hours.
