1. The subject of the contract is the delivery and assembly of office furniture to the Świętokrzyskie Laboratory Campus of the Central Office of Measures in Kielce.

2. The contracting authority divided the contract into eight lots:

Part 1 - Delivery of desks and cabinets;

Part 2 - Supply of office chairs and armchairs;

Part 3 - Delivery of lounge furniture;

Part 4 - Supply of metal furniture;

Part 5 – Supply of showcases;

Part 6 – Delivery of tables and tables;

Part 7 – Delivery of waste bins;

Part 8 – Delivery of platforms.

3. The description of the Subject of the Order (hereinafter referred to as OPZ) can be found respectively in Annex 5a to the SWZ - for part 1 of the Order, in Annex 5b to the SWZ - for part 2 of the Order, in Annex 5c to the SWZ - for part 3 of the Order, in Annex 5d to the SWZ - for Part 4 of the Order, in Annex 5e to the SWZ - for part 5 of the Order, in Annex 5f to the SWZ – for part 6 of the Order, in Annex 5g to the SWZ for part 7 of the Order and in Annex 5h to the SWZ for part 8 of the Order, as well as in Annex 4 to the CMS.

Delivery of desks and cabinets in accordance with the Description of the subject of the contract for part 1 of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex 5a to the SWZ and the concept / visualization constituting Annex 5 to the SWZ. The draft provisions of the contract, hereinafter referred to as "PPU", constitute Annex 4 to the CMS and are identical for each part of the contract

Delivery of desks and cabinets in accordance with the Description of the subject of the contract for part 2 of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex 5b to the SWZ and the concept / visualization constituting Annex 5 to the SWZ. The draft provisions of the contract, hereinafter referred to as "PPU", constitute Annex 4 to the SWZ and are identical for each part of the contract.

Delivery of desks and cabinets in accordance with the Description of the subject of the contract for part 3 of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex 5c to the SWZ and the concept / visualization constituting Annex 5 to the SWZ.
