this consultation concerns the transfer of selective collections from different transfer docks, the characterization and the sorting and packaging of selective collections of packaging and multi materials - 2 lots.
The holder of this contract shall ensure, for certain adherent structures, the transport of packaging and packaging mixed with newspapers magazines, from transfer centres located within a radius of 15 km around Villefranche/Saône, to the sorting/packaging centre chosen by the holder.
Currently the two transfer centres are located on Rue Mangin, in Villefranche sur Saône and Chemin du Crouloup, in Quincieux (see Annex 6 for the 2020 distribution of transferred flows, given as an indication).
The characterizations are carried out at the transfer center of Quincieux with the exception of direct contributions to the sorting center. In this case, the characterizations will be done on the sorting center.
transfer, sorting, packaging and making available products sorted from the selective collection of light packagingThe service includes:
- the transport of packaging by semi-trailer from the transfer center located Chemin du Crouloup, Quincieux (see Annex 6 for the 2018 distribution of transferred flows, given as an indication). The service provider must intervene within 48 hours after receiving the request for removal from the transfer centre.
- Transfers between QTs and CDT must be carried out in sowing allowing maximum optimization of loads and having the lowest possible environmental impact
- the management of direct contributions (in BOM or in sowing) of part of the flows of members of SYTRAIVAL. Depending on the geographical location of the holder's sorting centre, SYTRAIVAL reserves the right to send additional tonnages directly to this sorting centre and therefore to apply price 2 (see Deed of Commitment) to these from the beginning of this market (currently only the territory of thizy (horn) arrives live on the sorting centre). For information purposes two other communities are potentially concerned: the territory of tarare, (horn) (see indicative tonnages in Annex 6).
Transport between the transfer dock and the sorting centre is therefore ensured at least by the holder for these communities:

*The CC Dombes Saone Valley
*the SMIDOM of the Veyle
*The SIRTOM of the Grosne Valley
