experimentation and implementation of a new economic model to support flows in the Adour-Garonne basin

The purpose of this contract is to provide support to the Water Agency, local steering committees and the working group from the Basin Committee dedicated to the new economic model of flow support which aims to:- accompany the Agency in the follow-up of the general reflections and experiments of the new economic model;- Provide an analysis and formulate operational proposals to specify and functionally deploy the experiments and analyze the results with a view to the new economic model for supporting flows, in two territories: the Garonne (component 1) and the Neste System (component 2);- support the other territories of the basin and in particular conduct an exercise to quantify the financial bases at stake in other territories in line with the principles of the new model and ensure the consistency and harmonised deployment of its common principles across all the territories of the Adour-Garonne basin ( Component 3)
