The subject of the contract is the preparation of comprehensive project, cost estimate and STWiOR documentation along with obtaining the necessary permits, arrangements and opinions required by separate provisions for the task: "Restoration of a water reservoir and creation of a wetland area in the Forest District of Trzebciny and supervision of investor". Improvement and stabilization of humidity conditions, applies to forest branches: 174A forestry Smolarnia Registration plots: 51174/9, 51174/10 located within the registration area Wierzchy - 0013. Restoration of the reservoir, creation of a wetland area and limitation of water outflow concerns water retention by building dikes, monks ( valves), wide overflows or rapids on the watercourse flowing out of the spring in the adjacent stand.
The contractor, under the authority of the contracting authority, will apply to the competent authorities and obtain the opinions, arrangements and decisions necessary to implement the building project.
The subject of the contract is the preparation of comprehensive project, cost estimate and STWiOR documentation in accordance with applicable regulations for the task: "Restoration of a water reservoir and creation of a wetland area in the Forest District of Trzebciny and supervision of investor".
The contractor, under the authority of the contracting authority, will apply to the competent authorities and obtain the opinions, arrangements and decisions necessary to implement the building project. The contractor is obliged to provide applications for issuing all necessary approvals and administrative decisions to the seat of the Employer.
The contractor will not carry out nature inventory.
The task was divided into three stages:
The first stage includes:
1) Preparation of the initial concept of the project, agreed with the Employer.
a) Making a local visit at the place of planned retention. Field visits obligatorily with a forest district representative, completed with a note from the findings.
b) Preparation of hydrological calculations before designing, determination of the possibilities of obtaining the assumed parameters of the object to be implemented.
d) Based on the concept of the whole project agreed with the investor (Ordering Party) (Annex 6 to the ToR).
e) Preparation of maps for design purposes on a scale of 1: 500 (including altitude and height maps).
f) Obtaining the necessary permits, arrangements and decisions on behalf of the contracting authority required by separate provisions,
The second stage includes:
a) Designing a small retention consisting in restoring the water reservoir and creating a wetland area together with other water devices.
b) Development of comprehensive documentation containing:
- building designs for all building structures and installations requiring a building permit, and simplified technical documentation (plans, drawings, technical descriptions) for all building structures and installations for which a building permit is not required; construction designs and simplified technical documentation should be submitted in 4 copies in paper version for individual buildings,
- detailed designs for all facilities as above
- bill of quantities for all designed objects as above
- information on safety and health protection, when its development will be necessary on the basis of separate provisions, the information should be provided in 4 copies in paper version,
- technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works for all designed objects as above
- investor's cost estimate including partial investor's cost estimates prepared for all designed building objects and installations included in the task together with the required attachments in the form of studies:
• initial assumptions for costing,
• detailed calculations of unit prices for individual material expenditure analyzes and used analysis of own prices of factors of production and indices of indirect costs and profits. Investor cost estimates should be provided in a single copy in paper version for all planned facilities and installations.
c) Obtaining, on behalf of the contracting authority, a decision on a building permit / notification of construction or construction works or obtaining a certificate confirming the lack of the need to obtain both, as well as all documents, additional design studies, auxiliary studies, opinions, arrangements, permits and approvals required in accordance with applicable regulations and necessary for the contracting authority to prepare and conduct the public procurement procedure for the execution of construction works.
The third stage includes:
Acting as investor supervision inspector during the implementation of the task (in 2021).
