The contract is divided by installment, in accordance with articles R. 2113-4 to R. 2113-6 of the public order code. It consists of a firm slice and three optional slices:
Firm phase: construction of 18 housing units in zones A and B:
- nine dwellings (sub-sector A '),
- six housing units (sub-sector A ''),
- three dwellings (sub-sector B ').
The three optional tranches are as follows:
- optional phase 1: construction of four housing units in zone B (sub-sector B '');
- optional phase 2: construction of five housing units in zone C (sub-sector C ');
- optional phase 3: construction of sixteen housing units in zone 2 (sub-sector C '').
The five mandatory ESPs are:
- PSE nº 01: private swept concrete terraces;
- PSE nº 02: fences 1 m high + hedges in front of the entrance garden on public domain;
- PSE nº 03: replacement of the bay windows of the PVC stays, by sliding aluminum bay;
- PSE nº 04: shower screen;
- PSE nº 05: bath screen.
