An induction blank heating system for integration into a press hardening line is put out to tender. In the plant, ferritic-pearlitic steel blanks with a maximum size of 1,600mm x 550mm and up to a sheet thickness of 4mm can be heated. The system is to be designed as a continuous system and consist of preheating (inductive), main heating (inductive) and compensatory heating for temperature homogenization.
The target temperature of warming is 920 degrees Celsius. The heating of the standard board (B-pillar) with dimensions of 150mm x 550mm, a sheet thickness of 1.5mm and a weight of 4.1kg must be carried out in a time of 15 seconds to a temperature of 920 degrees Celsius.
The exact desired specifications can be found in the document "Criteria Catalogue" in the procurement documents.
Tenders are issued for production, delivery and commissioning at the place of use, including training of an induction blank heating system.
