Services of structural design according to § 49 Abs. 1 HOAI 2021 for the work phases LPH 1 to 6 - gradually - including special services of LPH 1 to 8 for the general renovation of the student residence, house no. 12, Christoph-Probst-Str. 8, Studentenstadt Freimann, 80805 Munich.
The Munich Student Union intends to carry out the general renovation of the student residence complex at Christoph-Probst-Straße 8, House No. 12, Studentenstadt Freimann Munich. According to BayBO in the version of the 2007 notice, this building is according to Art. 2 (3) a building of building class 5, according to Art. 2 (4) a special construction with two (2) facts: high-rise building of more than 22 m height and a dormitory as other facilities for accommodating persons.
The existing building no longer meets today's standards in terms of technical, building physics requirements and accessibility and has significant deficiencies in the field of technical equipment; these deficiencies must be remedied by means of refurbishment.
The subject of this award procedure is the procurement of structural design services according to § 49 Abs. 1 HOAI 2021 for the work phases LPH 1 to 6 - gradually - including special services of LPH 1 to 8 for the general renovation of the student residence, house no. 12, Christoph-Probst-Str. 8, Studentenstadt Freimann, 80805 Munich.
The scope of the services to be provided by the contractor results from Annex 906 "Specialist planner contract", from Annex 802 "Service description (task description)", from Annex 830 "Project manual" and Annex 801 "Service and remuneration catalogue" as well as from the following annexes to the service description:
- Annex 802_01 "Building description + approval 1973/74 (Tektur) incl. plans";
- Annex 802_02 "Site plan / development plan v. 1973 (or a current plan)";
- Appendix 802_03 "FW-Anfahrsplan";
- Annex 802_04 "Sketch of ideas for new architectural planning";
- Annex 802_05 "Preliminary static investigation / inventory assessment of 17.01.2023";

- Annex 802_07 "Framework schedule as of 03.02.2023";
