Netherlands Ministry of Defense (NLD MOD) needs the provision of Cryogenic Samplers which shall be suitable for sampling of Liquid Oxygen (LOX) out of storage tanks.

The sample that is taken from the cryogenic liquid, must be, after evaporation of the cryogenic liquid, transported in the gaseous state to the analytical laboratory of the NLD MOD, in the Netherlands.

As the NLD MOD operates worldwide, the cryogenic sampler must be of a sturdy construction suitable for harsh military conditions of operation and transport.

The cryogenic sampler and the sampler container in which the sample is transported to the analytical laboratory shall be able to contain a certain minimum amount of gaseous sample to make a full analysis at the laboratory possible.
