The subject of this contract is the purchase of electricity for facilities indicated in Annex 1 to SWZ, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy law, Civil Code and executive regulations issued on their basis. Order – purchase of electricity for facilities listed in Annex 1 to the SWZ: The estimated demand of electricity in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2025 is 2 485 006 kWh.

The subject of this order is the purchase of electricity for the facilities indicated in Annex 1 to SWZ in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy law, Civil Code and implementing regulations issued pursuant to them.

The Municipality of Ujazd and the entities listed in Annex 1 to the SWZ will conclude separate agreements will conclude separate agreements resulting from this public procurement procedure in the open tender procedure for the PURCHASE OF ELECTRICITY FOR THE NEEDS OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF UJAZD AND ITS ORGANIZATIONAL UNITS. Detailed information on the conclusion of contracts by the Municipality and its organizational units is included in Annex 1 to the SWZ. The selected Contractor shall be obliged to represent the Contracting Authority and its organisational units before the relevant Distribution System Operator in matters related to the notification of a change of seller. To perform the above-mentioned activities, the Contractor will receive an appropriate power of attorney (Annex 4.1 to the SWZ)

The Contracting Authority shall act on his own behalf and on the basis of a signed agreement (agreement for inspection at the premises of the Contracting Authority), on behalf of:

• Public Kindergarten Ujazd branch in Balcarzowice

• Public Kindergarten Ujazd branch in Jaryszów

• Public Kindergarten Ujazd branch in Stary Ujazd

• Department of Municipal and Housing Management in Ujazd

• Municipal Association of LZS in Ujazd

• Municipal Centre for Cultural Activities in Ujazd
