Execution and transfer to the Ordering Authority complete design documentation, hereinafter referred to as “Documentation”, in multi-family residential buildings in Wrocław, together with transfer of copyright property rights to the Documentation, obtaining the final decision on authorization for construction works and the absence of objection to the proposed connectors (Phase I) and supervision during the implementation of the undertaking carried out on the basis of the Documentation which is the subject of this Agreement (Phase II).

A detailed description of the object of the contract and the obligations of the parties shall be determined by the proposed provisions of the contract (SZ).

Task No 1 — the execution and transfer of documentation to the Ordering Authority in a multi-family apartment building at 1 Młynarska Street in Wrocław, together with the transfer of copyright property rights to the documentation, the final decision on authorization for construction works and the absence of objections to designed connectors (Phase I) and supervision during the implementation of the undertaking carried out on the basis of the documentation subject to this Agreement (Phase II).

This scope of documentation of the building at 1 Młynarska Street in Wrocław includes the change of heating and hot water system, the replacement of sanitary installations, the renovation of the roof, the roof truss, the attic ceiling and the execution of connections to the building.

This scope of documentation of the building at 7 Kromera Avenue in Wrocław includes the change of heating and hot water system, the replacement of sanitary installations, the renovation of the roof, the roof truss, the attic ceiling and the construction of connections to the building.

This scope of documentation of the building at 6 Górnośląska Street in Wrocław includes the change of heating and hot water system, replacement of sanitary installations, renovation of the roof, roof truss, attic ceiling and construction of connections to the building.
