The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended — 'Forests Act') covering work on forest farming and conservation, fire protection, obtaining and breaking timber and nursery management to be carried out in the area of the Forest District of Grójec in the year 2022.

The scope of the object of the contract includes total quantities of work in the field of breeding and forest protection, fire protection resulting from Annex No 3.1. to SWZ — size of work by group of activities, activities and location.

The tangible ranges set out in Annex No 3.1. are of an estimate.

Qualitative standards relating to all relevant features of the subject of the contract are determined by Decision No 19 of the Director General of State Forests of 17 March 2021 on the introduction of the “Description of the standard of forest work performance technology” in the organisational units of the Forests State. The detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract formed the basis for the determination of the quality requirements relating to the elements consisting of the object of the contract contained in the Annex No 4 to SWZ (Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works).

Descriptions of the action codes describing the individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Annex 4 to SWZ.

A description of the rules for the receipt of forestry works is set out in Annex 4 to the SWZ.

The scope of the object of the contract shall include the total quantities of work in the fields of forest farming and protection, fire protection, logging and breaking of timber resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ, which shall consist of:

- Annex No 3.1. — the size of the work by group of activities, activities and location;

- Annex No 3.2. — timber collection sortyment system;

- Annex No 3.3. — a statement of the distance and conditions of the spun off of wood;

- Annex No 3.4. — a statement of items not made available for machine acquisition;

- Annex 3.5. — information on the use of possible logging technologies.

The material ranges set out in Annexes No 3.1. - 3.3. and 3.5. are estimated.
