This consultation concerns the acquisition (supply and delivery) of two Segment A vehicles for the Municipal Park of the City of Mandelieu-la-Napoule with the recovery of two vehicles. The procurement procedure used is: the open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R.2124-2 1º, R. 2131-18, R. 2132-2, R. 2132-4 to R. 2132-6, R. 2143-1 to R. 2143-2, R. 2151-1 to R. 2151-5, R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5, R. 2161-4 of the public order code. This is an ordinary contract made at a global and fixed price.
