The subject of the order is the supply of diesel oil to the client's diesel locomotives together with the refueling service in the following locations: Białystok, Suwałki, Lublin, Szczecin, Olsztyn, Poznań. The place of delivery should be within the administrative boundaries of the cities of Białystok, Suwałki, Lublin, Szczecin, Olsztyn, Poznań. The contractor must have a legal title to the facilities or installations (infrastructure) necessary to carry out the activities covered by the contractor's license for trading in liquid fuels issued by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office, constituting the liquid fuel base, liquid fuel station or container liquid fuel station, which should include a specially adapted track, enabling access / entry of the client's diesel locomotives and refueling. The Contractor is obliged, at his own expense and risk, to deliver diesel fuel to diesel locomotives in places suitable for refueling locomotives, i.e. at liquid fuel bases, liquid fuel stations or container liquid fuel stations covered by the contractor's license for trading in liquid fuels issued by the President Energy Regulatory Office, which are located within the administrative boundaries of the cities of: Białystok, Suwałki, Lublin, Szczecin, Olsztyn, Poznań. The Contractor will be obliged to indicate in the submitted bid the exact place where the ordering diesel locomotives will be refueled and which meets all the above-mentioned requirements. Refueling equipment must be equipped with a verified liquid fuel metering device. The Contractor is required to supply diesel fuel for diesel locomotives meeting all necessary technical and quality requirements, including in particular those specified in:
1) The Act of 25.8.2006 on the fuel quality monitoring and control system (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1928, i.e.);
2) Regulation of the Minister of Economy on quality requirements for liquid fuels of October 9, 2015 (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680);
3) relevant applicable Polish and European standards, including PN-EN 590: 2013-12 (fuels for motor vehicles. Diesel fuels. Requirements and test methods).
The parameters of the diesel fuel supplied will be adapted to the delivery period, i.e. season and ambient temperature (so-called summer, transitional, winter diesel). The Contractor undertakes to supply diesel oil to the ordering party in compliance with all applicable regulations regulating the transport of hazardous materials according to ADR, RID and others in accordance with the Energy Law. The maximum total estimated volume of deliveries covered by this part of the contract is 5 292 m³ (in words: five thousand two hundred ninety-two cubic meters) of diesel at a reference temperature of +15
