Lot 206 - exterior plaster, ETICS

The city of Hoyerswerda plans to build a 3-speed secondary school on the site of the former Konrad-Zuse-Gymnasium on Konrad-Zuse-Straße 7.

The project consists of 2 sub-objects:

1) refurbishment and reconstruction of the existing building, including energy renovation;

2) Construction of an extension as a new building.

The subject of the invitation to tender is the thermal insulation facade as well as the ceiling covering / soffit of the floor slab against outside air in the area of the cuboid extension new building.

Scope:

- about 234 m 2 Basement insulation into the ground incorporating smooth,

- about 180 m 2 Base insulation panels 035, 10 cm, parapet attic,

- about 1,151 m 2 Adhesive insulation board d = 160mm, 035,

- create approx. 420 m reveals in windows, exterior doors,

- approx. 237 m window sill insulation underlay,

- about 765 m 2 Reinforcement facade with lattice mat, incorporating into the ground,

- about 734 m 2 Hydroactive mineral plaster, rough plaster, 2 mm,

- approx. 420 m of soffits for windows, exterior doors smooth plaster,

- about 652 m 2 Two-coat with hydrophilic silica sol-silicate paint,

- About 450 m 2 Fabric reinforcement facade, incorporating into the ground,

- deliver and install approx. 191 m aluminum window sills,

- Deliver and assemble approx. 185 wall anchors.
