Collection and disposal of ballast waste from sorting mixed waste – code 19 12 12Task No. 1- - Collection and management of ballast waste from sorting mixed waste - over-sieve fraction with a diameter of > 80 mm - code 19 12 12. In task No. 1, the subject of the contract includes successive collection and management by the Contractor of ballast waste resulting from sorting mixed waste - over-sieve fraction with a diameter of > 80 mm - code 19 12 12 (other waste, including mixed substances and objects from mechanical treatment of waste other than those mentioned in 19 12 11) - in order to subject them to recovery processes, including recycling and/or disposal (excluding the D5 process), in accordance with the decisions held by the Contractor. The amount of baled waste expected to be managed within 6 months from the date of conclusion of the contract will be up to 8,000 Mg.

In task No. 2, the subject of the contract includes successive collection and management by the Contractor, ballast waste resulting from sorting selective waste - over-sieve fraction with a diameter of > 80 mm - code 15 01 02 (plastic packaging) - in order to subject them to recovery processes, including recycling and/or neutralization (excluding the D5 process), in accordance with the decisions held by the Contractor. The amount of baled waste expected to be managed within 6 months from the date of conclusion of the contract will be up to 1,000 Mg.
