This market concerns the realization of studies, the supply and the installation on site of the new equipment necessary for the treatment of the different waste streams produced in the refurbished FI part of the BNB 37A within the framework of lot 4-B "zone equipment FI ”of the Pagode project concerning the renovation of INB 37A.

The service, subject of this contract, is described in the specific technical specifications, supplemented by the general technical specifications, and the documents constituting the DCE as cited in article 2 of the draft contract. It must be carried out in accordance with the prescriptions, standards, laws and regulations in force.

The service includes:

- the supply of deliverables described in the book of specific technical clauses (CCTP);

- the supply of the deliverables described in the general technical specifications (CCTG);

- site surveys and the appropriation of existing equipment;

- the execution studies necessary for the realization of the equipment and the realization of the works factory and on site;

- the drafting of all the documents necessary for the smooth running of the project and listed in the CCTP as well as in the CCTG;

- supplies;

- the production and supply of equipment and the performance of associated controls;

- assembly and factory tests representative of the conditions of use and performance expected on site;

- the deliveries;

- the layout of the measurement room including the installation of new equipment in the measurement chain;

- the transfer and integration of existing RX and gamma measurement stations in the measurement chain;

- the electrical installations on site necessary for the integration of the supply;

- the layout of the depalletizing station including the supply of the stem and the barrel clamp;

- the fitting out of storage premises including the supply of handling means;

- development of the self-generated area;

- site assembly of equipment;

- equipment recipes and site tests;

- training of personnel in the operation and maintenance of equipment;

- the supply of a lifting beam for 870 liter packages to interface with the current 8T bridge of the SAS truck FI;

- the supply of a first set of spare parts for the first year of operation;

- the supply of specific tools necessary for the maintenance of the equipment;

- carrying out all of the missions described in the general technical specifications (control of deadlines, control of invoicing, control of configuration, quality management, monitoring of safety requirements, compliance with and monitoring of environmental requirements, carrying out inspections, compliance with technical requirements, compliance with site organization and intervention procedures in BNI 37A, ...);

- packaging and disposal of waste in accordance with the waste management procedure.

And, more generally,

- the supply of all the equipment necessary for carrying out the works and supplies specified in the book of specific technical clauses;

- the contractual documentation in French, and in particular the supply of the elements for the constitution of the file of the works executed (DOE) which conditions the reception of the market;

- the associated certificates of conformity and the reports of the inspections carried out;

- all the subjugations linked to a service taking place on a CEA site (formalities of access to the center, prevention plans, DOT, DIMR, medical follow-up of the intervening personnel and the preliminary training sessions, training in nuclear safety culture , unloading protocol);

- protection of existing structures and securing of the site;

- participation in meetings with the CEA and / or the MOE described in the general technical specifications and the draft contract in paragraph 4.7;

- keeping the premises and premises where the work is carried out clean.
