The subject matter of this order is the COMPLEXICAL DELIVERY GASE OF HIGHT TYPE E FOR THE COMPLEX GROUP OF THE GROUP OF THE AGNAŃSK GMINA for the objects indicated in Annex No 1 to SWZ. Order — Comprehensive supply of natural gas to facilities listed in Annex 1 to SWZ: Estimated natural gas demand for the period 01.01.2022 to 31.12.2022 is 5,901,477,00 kWh. The cost of using the item of the order during the period consists of: gas sales fee, subscription fee, fixed distribution fee and variable distribution fee.
The subject matter of this order is the COMPLEXICAL DELIVERY GASE OF HIGHT TYPE E FOR THE COMPLEX GROUP OF THE GROUP OF THE AGNAŃSK GMINA for the objects indicated in Annex No 1 to SWZ. The supply of gas will be carried out on the basis of a contract containing the provisions of the sales contract and the contract for the provision of gas transmission or distribution services (a comprehensive contract) and will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law, the Civil Code and the implementing rules issued on the basis of them.
The Municipality of Zagnańsk and the units listed in Annex No 1 to the SWZ will conclude separate agreements arising from this proceeding for the award of a public contract by means of an unlimited invitation to tender for the COMPLEXICAL DELIVERY GASE HIGHT TYPE E FOR THE COMPLEXING GROUP COMMUNE OF ZAGNAŃSK. Details of the conclusion of contracts by the Municipality and its organisational units are included in Annex No 1 to the SWZ.
The Contracting Authority shall act on his own behalf and on the basis of a signed agreement (agreement for inspection at the premises of the Contracting Authority), on behalf of:
• Municipalities of Brody
• Municipalities of Copper Góra
As well as their organizational units, which are indicated in Annex 1 to the SWZ.
Order — Comprehensive supply of natural gas to the facilities listed in Annex 1 to SWZ:
The estimated natural gas demand for the period 01.01.2022 to 31.12.2022 is 5,901,477.00 kWh.
The cost of using the item of the order during the period consists of: gas sales fee, subscription fee, fixed distribution fee and variable distribution fee.
The estimated value of the order in the period from 01.01.2022 to 31.12.2022 is 1,900 812.98 PLN. The costs incurred during the entire period of use of the object of the order are not included possible charges for exceeding the contractual power, the charges for failure to comply with the restrictions imposed by the Distribution System Operator, and other additional charges set in the Distribution System Operator Tariff, Traffic Instructions and Distribution Network Operation, which applies both to all Contractors and Orders (sellers and recipients), under the terms arising from the Distribution System Operator tariff, the Traffic Instructions and Exploitation of the Distribution Network.
The Contracting Authority informs that the seller change process takes place for a portion of the collection points once again. Details are included in Annex No 1 to SWZ.
