International Nuclear Services ("INS") requires:

1. Manufacture, supply, painting, inspection and testing at contractor's works, delivery, and provision of documentation of: 144 off 3578 Transport Packages with the option to purchase a further 36 off.

The estimated value at II.2.1 excludes the option for a further 36 off.
