The purpose of this Framework Agreement is to supply domestic fuel oil for the heating of communal buildings and non-road diesel fuel for agricultural machinery of the Ville du Pecq.

Place (S) of execution: Ville du Pecq — 78230 Le Pecq.

The procurement procedure used is: the open invitation to tender. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1º and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the public procurement code.

The framework agreement with minimum and maximum was passed pursuant to Articles L. 2125-1 1º, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders. The framework agreement will be awarded to a single economic operator.

No breakdown into lots is planned since the market is for homogeneous services.

Supply of domestic fuel oil for the heating of communal buildings and non-road diesel fuel for agricultural machinery in the Ville du Pecq.

The quantities ordered for the initial period of the framework agreement are defined as follows:

— domestic fuel oil — minimum in litres: 50 000 l — maximum in litres: 200 000 l;

— non-road diesel — minimum in litres: 5,000 l — maximum in litres: 12 000 l.

The quantities will be identical for each renewal period.
