The contracting entity is the City of Helsinki's construction service enterprise (Stara). Stara will request your offer in accordance with this invitation to tender and the documents attached to it. Work machine services for winter maintenance and summer cleaning will be put out to tender for Stara's use.

Procurement is a service procurement. The selected service providers will be procured the winter maintenance and summer cleaning machine services needed by Stara during the contract period for the period 01.11.2023 - 31.10.2026. The procurement volumes mentioned in the tender documents are estimates, and the contract does not create a quantity purchase obligation for the client or an exclusive right for the service provider to provide the services that are the subject of the procurement. It is possible to bid for one, several, or all of the machinery services mentioned in the invitation to tender (work machine with driver).
