The offer includes the supply and assembly of complete machine delivery and includes, in main features, funnels, ribbons, compressor plants, as well as containers on rail body for compacting waste collected from renoation cars and from upcoming recycling space conceivably constructed in neighbouring building to trans-loading station.

A fully automatic facility for handling various waste fractions is to be established with the new facility.

The tender shall be implemented as a negotiated tender within the meaning of Section 58 of the Procurement Act (Act No 1564 of 15 December 2015), meaning that anyone not covered by the exclusion grounds and fulfils any minimum fitness and capability requirements may apply to participate in the tender.
