The tender concerns the provision of relocation services in connection with temporary rehousing during the renovation period.
FULL MOVE:
For approximately 48 homes (ground floor apartments), residents must be temporarily rehoused for about 6 months, and here all household furniture belonging to the individual household must be moved to the rehousing home. However, it must be expected that 'excess' furniture must be stored in external storage during the rehousing period. The work thus includes relocation of all furniture, possibly storage - and back again after completion of the renovation of the home.
The residents are expected to move successively one pole of flats (12 homes).
As a starting point, the rehousing will take place in a pavilion town, located southwest of block A on Dept. 2.1&2's land register.
INTERNAL RELOCATION:
For the other 96 homes on the 1st and 2nd floor, there will be short-term rehousing for about 4 weeks, where only clothes, values, etc. must be brought by the residents themselves to the pre-furnished apartments in the area.
In this case, the relocation allowance will be a 'rearrangement' of furniture internally in the individual apartment in order to free up work space for the renovation works (primarily living room and hallway, Appendix E). In this case, it may be necessary to store individual items/inventory in external storage during the rehousing period.
The work thus includes 'rearrangement' internally in the apartment and possibly storage of living quarters – and return again after completion of the renovation of the home.
The residents move successively one stairwell at a time (4 homes).
The short-term rehousing is expected to take place in the housing association's own vacant apartments in the area (dept. 2.1&2/ dept.2.3/ dept.1).
