The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste - biowaste generated in the City of Garwolin divided into 2 parts:

Part No. 1 – Collection and management of bio-waste generated in the City of Garwolin in Sector I

part no. 2 – Collection and management of bio-waste generated in the City of Garwolin in Sector II

The subject of the contract was divided into two parts. A contractor can submit a bid for any number of parts. The Contracting Authority may award a contract to one Contractor for each

part – if their offer is selected.

1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of bio-waste generated in the Town of Garwolin in Sector I, i.e. from properties in multi-unit development where residents live and real estate that is partly real estate where residents live, and partly real estate where residents do not live, along with waste management in a way that ensures reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to the Storage
