The subject of this contract corresponds to the maintenance and cleanliness services of the SACVL headquarters, the treatment of so-called conventional waste and paper, as well as the supply of the necessary products and materials.
By cleanliness maintenance, we mean the cleaning of all surfaces open to the circulation of employees (entrance hall, offices, kitchens, meeting rooms, toilets, stairs, elevators, parking, archive rooms ...) as well as the furniture elements composing these spaces and the supply of products and materials necessary for the performance of these services. By waste treatment, we mean the emptying of conventional bins and selective sorting of the entire seat and the routing of these contents to the containers located in the garbage room. The treatment also includes the entry and exit of the collection containers. The services are detailed in the Special Technical Clauses Book.
