The Department of Work and Social Economy is looking for a new issuing company to implement and manage the service voucher system from 1 January 2025. The issuing company is responsible, among other things, for issuing the service vouchers, processing the payments by the users and to the authorized companies, customer contact and communication. From 2025, only electronic service vouchers will be issued. This means that the issuing company must also play an important role in the transition to the entire digital system and will have to provide sufficient support to the stakeholders involved.
