Andøy municipality shall construct a new waterworks for the Fornes, Meby and Forfjord districts on Hinnøya. This applies to all parts of the waterworks, which includes:

— establishing an intake pipeline at the water source, Finnsætervatnet, 235 m,

— establishing transfer installations from the water source to the water treatment facility, approx. 4,5 km,

— establishing water and sewage pipelines between the elevated basin and the water treatment facility, approx. 370 m,

— establishing a sewage pipeline from the water treatment facility to the discharge area in the river,

— establishing an elevated basin/water magazine. Buried, 200 m3,

— establishing an access road to the elevated basin.
