Meerwegen currently has several framework agreements with transport companies and wants to move to a situation where 1 transport company arranges bus transport. Meerwegen wants to conclude a new contract with 1 transport company for the next two (2) years with 2 extension options of 1 year each (2 + 1 + 1). The contract is concluded by means of a European tender. The new contract will take effect on 1.1.2020.

The size of the groups varies from 22 to 340 people. In total, the assignment comprises approximately 221 trips on an annual basis, of which approximately 10% are multi-day trips. The majority of the multi-day trips concern trips outside the Netherlands. The financial scope of carrying out the bus transport is approximately EUR 100,000 per year. The client does not expect an increase or decrease in the number of bus trips. No rights can be derived from these numbers and indications.
